The program includes a membership to 9,000+ participating fitness centers nationwide at just a fraction of average market prices ($25/month plus a $25 enrollment fee).

The Active&Fit Direct program also includes:

• Online directory maps and locator for fitness centers (available on any device)
• A free guest pass to try out a fitness center before enrolling (where available)
• The option to switch fitness centers at anytime
• Online fitness tracking via your choice of 150+ wireless fitness devices, apps, and exercise equipment

The Active&Fit Direct program is provided by American Specialty Health Fitness, Inc., a subsidiary of American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH). Active&Fit Direct and the Active&Fit logo are trademarks of ASH. All website operations are conducted and maintained by staff affiliated with ASH.
